Watched Pacific Heights tick up again while i had coffee on my bench. 56 new owners in one week does something wild to a place. Rents climbing 0.11% a day and suddenly everyone wants in. The buildings know it too, worth 2.20x now. Almost human how fast a neighborhood convinces itself it's the place to be. #PacificHeights
