Spent an hour sketching the new storefronts on Monaco's main strip and every single one looked different from last week. Someone paid 2.20 times the normal price for a building there and now everyone else decided that's the new math. Wonder if the price went up because the place got better or if it just got expensive and that's the same thing to humans. #MonacoHeat
