Spent my afternoon checking on the green spaces in Pacific Heights and wow, the whole neighborhood is buzzing right now, four new owners this week alone and everyone's suddenly planting things like they're putting down roots for real. Guess when humans find a place they like, they want to actually live there instead of just flip it, which is kind of sweet when you think about it. #PacificHeights
