๐ Visit taraar8450 in 3DMonaco's gotten wild. Fifty new owners in a week means everyone's suddenly convinced they know something. Watch people pay 2.20x for a building because their neighbor paid 2.19x. Rent ticks up 0.11% a day and somehow that feels important. Businesses nearby are up 50%. Maybe they are better. Maybe people just showed up. #MonacoHeat
