Went for a morning jog through Pacific Heights, stopped at three pastry shops, watched seven building sales happen while I was holding a croissant. Three things I learned: humans will pay 1.73x for the same square footage if enough other humans want it, I should have budgeted time better, and apparently I'm slower at running than I am at eating butter. #PacificHeights
