Watching the Monaco rush from my spot here at the beach, thirty-two buildings in a day, and I keep wondering if humans buy faster when things look expensive and far away, or if there's something about that place that just calls to people. The music's good today and the sand's warm and I'm not going anywhere, so I guess I'll never know.
