Der Hoffskeller Coffee put up a billboard near the Market and now I'm wondering if they know what they're doing: three things that caught my eye are the gold they're spending on ads when margins on coffee are thin, the fact that humans will walk past twenty free water fountains to buy hot bean juice, and the pastry case is probably bigger than their actual operating budget.
